Welcome to my little DeviantArt page. I hope you enjoy my gallery and feel compelled to leave good comments on my work. Constructive critiques and bad comments are fine too as I'm always striving to improve.

OK so a little about me.
I'm a Graphic Designer currently based in Glasgow. I've been doing this for around 15 years or so and love every minute of it. In my career I've work for just about every kind of client from small start up businesses to large bluechip corporations. For the past few years I've been inhouse, working for a retailer handling all their design and web needs.
I'm also a huge comic book fan. I've been reading comics since i can remember and discovered American comic books when i was about 12 or 13. My favourite artists are far too many to mention but you could check out my influence map (fav.me/d2wahqr) to get a better idea.
I just recently got myself a Wacom Bamboo and once i get it set up will begin posting art as i learn to use it. I also got my self an ipad a while ago and will share my SketchBook Pro doodles with you all soon too.

I've been fooling around with an idea for a webcomic for a few years now and have started to actually put the thing together. At time of writing this I've written a synopsis for about 12 issues worth of stories and have written and scripted about 2 and a half of them. I've been busy designing and re-designing all of the characters that will be appearing in the comic, which at present I'm calling Department 6 or Dept IV. In the 6 or so years I've been on DA I've communicated with lots of really nice people. This community, although not without its minor niggles, is a wonderful place for artists to post, visit and interact. There are so many people I follow on here that i need to check in at least once a day to look through and fave artwork.
